Terms of Use - Sidereal Way

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account, or using Sidereal Way, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. At checkout, payment may require you to accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy via a checkbox before completing the purchase.

2) Service description

Sidereal Way provides self-knowledge reports in PDF format, generated based on user-provided data and made available in the dashboard for viewing and download.

3) Free report (service preview)

Sidereal Way may offer a free report (e.g., Astrological Identity) so the user can see the structure and style of the analyses before using credits. This free report may have reduced scope compared to paid reports (for example, fewer sections and no final synthesis). The free offer and its rules may be changed or discontinued at any time.

4) Account and user responsibilities

You agree to:
provide true and up-to-date information;
keep your password confidential;
not share access improperly;
be responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or security risk.

5) Acceptable use

It is prohibited to:
use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
attempt to access systems, data, or endpoints without authorization;
exploit vulnerabilities, automate attacks, or overload the platform;
copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the service without authorization.

6) Logical engine and use of AI

The user acknowledges that Sidereal Way uses a proprietary logical engine to structure content, and may use AI as a writing and translation tool to improve fluency and presentation.

7) Important notice: purpose of the content

The reports are intended for self-knowledge and entertainment. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. The user is responsible for decisions they make.

8) Purchases, credits, and access

8.1) Credits:
Sidereal Way sells credits: 1 credit = 1 report. After payment is approved, purchased credits become available in the user's dashboard.
8.2) Delivery of content:
When a credit is used, the generated PDF will be available in the dashboard for access and download.

9) Refund Policy (credits)

9.1) Refund of unused credits:
The user may request a refund for unused credits within 7 days of purchase, provided that: no credit from that purchase has been used; and there are no reasonable signs of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
9.2) Situations where a refund may be granted:
Sidereal Way may refund when: there is proven duplicate billing; payment is approved but credits are not made available and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time; there is a material error in making the purchased product available.
9.3) Situations where refunds are generally not granted:
In general, refunds are not granted when: the user has used credits (in whole or in part); the report was generated and delivered correctly and the reason is personal preference; the user provided incorrect data and the report was generated based on that data.
9.4) How to request:
Requests must be sent to refunds@siderealway.com, including: the account email, receipt/transaction ID, description of the request. If approved, the refund timing follows the payment method's processing times.
9.5) Mandatory consumer rights:
If local laws grant mandatory consumer rights, they prevail over this document.

10) Intellectual property

Sidereal Way (brand, platform, layout, software, and visual elements) is protected by intellectual property rights. Generated reports are for personal use. Reselling, sublicensing, publishing as your own product, or commercial exploitation without express authorization is prohibited.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
the service may experience interruptions and failures;
Sidereal Way is not responsible for decisions made based on the reports;
where applicable, Sidereal Way's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not permit such limitation.

12) Changes to the service and Terms

We may update the service and these Terms for technical, legal, or security reasons. Material changes may be communicated on the site and/or by email. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

13) Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Alberta, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada. Mandatory consumer rights in the user's location may prevail where applicable.
