Sidereal Way ("we") is a platform that generates self-knowledge PDF reports based on data provided by the user.

• Account: name, email, and password (stored with appropriate protection).
• Data used to generate reports: birth date, time, and location (city/location and, when applicable, latitude/longitude).
• History and preferences: generated reports, language, dashboard history, user preferences.
• Support: communications and information you send to customer service.
• 2.2) Information collected automatically:
• Technical and usage data: IP address, device/browser type, access logs, basic navigation events, diagnostics.
• Cookies and similar technologies: for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics.
• 2.3) Payments:
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Sidereal Way does not store full card details (such as card number and CVV). We may receive information such as payment status, transaction ID, and number of credits purchased to provide the service and support.

3) How we use your information

• We use your information to:
• create and manage your account and authentication;
• generate and make your PDF reports available in the dashboard;
• process payments and manage credits;
• prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• provide customer service and support;
• improve the service and user experience.

4) Generation engine and use of AI

Sidereal Way uses a proprietary logical engine to structure the analyses and generate content based on the data entered by the user. We may use Artificial Intelligence as a writing and translation tool, to make the text more fluent, consistent, and accessible. AI acts as a language and presentation layer.

5) Sharing of information

• We do not sell your data.
• We may share data with:
• platform and storage infrastructure (including Lovable Cloud/Supabase), to operate databases, files, and authentication;
• processing infrastructure (including Railway), to run the system that generates reports;
• Google Analytics, for usage metrics and service improvement;
• payment processors (e.g., Stripe), to process purchases and prevent fraud;
• authorities and/or third parties, when required by law or to protect rights, security, and the integrity of the service.

6) Cookies and Google Analytics

We use essential cookies for login, security, and service operation. We also use Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve performance. Depending on your location, consent may be requested for analytics cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser.

7) International transfers

Because we use cloud infrastructure providers, your data may be processed and/or stored in different countries, depending on the service's technical architecture. We take reasonable measures to limit access and protect data.

8) Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no system is fully risk-free; keep your password secure.
